This is a hybrid role, two days a week in office in Etobicoke, Ontario.

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and systems support to the sales organization. The role serves as a central resource for sales representatives, sales directors, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders by coordinating day-to-day sales operations, managing Salesforce data and processes, supporting recurring sales reporting, and onboarding and training new hires. Work assignments require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service and operational effectiveness.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Operations Support

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from the sales team, clients, prospects, and other departments, addressing training, urgent inquiries, and general support needs.
  • Coordinate the distribution of leads received through shared email distribution lists, service team members, client call-ins, and other sales channels.
  • Maintain seller assignments, account ownership, territory updates, and team member changes across the sales organization.
  • Manage monthly revenue reconciliations to ensure booked revenue is properly aligned with commissionable revenue, supporting accurate seller compensation
  • Support related reviews, approvals, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

CRM Administration & Data Integrity

  • Maintain and support Salesforce (SFDC) tasks, set-ups, opportunity records, and account data across the sales organization.
  • Conduct opportunity and service record reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and process compliance.
  • Provide SFDC technical walk-throughs and respond to user questions regarding system functionality, legal documents, appropriate support teams, and channels of support.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues and support CRM process improvements, documentation, and user adoption.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce and distribute weekly reports supporting sales leadership and field sales teams.
  • Generate Salesforce reports for recurring and ad-hoc requests.
  • Manage recurring sales performance and quota-related reports, responding to inquiries from sales and leadership stakeholders.
  • Support data reviews, audits, reconciliations, and investigative analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and operational insight.

Training & Onboarding

  • Coordinate new hire setup and introductory calls for incoming sales representatives, directors, and team members.
  • Deliver ongoing on-the-job training covering reconciliations, opportunity building, and end-to-end Salesforce navigation and proper usage.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and best-practice guidance to new and existing team members on sales tools, systems, and operational processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of sales operations, lead management, and CRM administration, with proficiency in Salesforce or comparable platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis) and strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage data sets accurately and maintain data integrity.
  • Ability to train, coach, and support end users on systems and processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

2 years of related experience

EDUCATION

Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education

CERTIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Salesforce certification considered an asset.

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is 37,928-57,034 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
