JOB SUMMARY

Livingston is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager (FTE) with strong experience in cybersecurity to ensure the successful delivery of IT, cyber, network, infrastructure projects and other various initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management, aligning project goals with organizational strategy, and ensuring that best practices are integrated throughout all phases of project execution. This role is designed for individuals passionate about organization, communication, and working collaboratively in dynamic environments. This is a hybrid role which requires in person at our West Mall office for 2 days a week.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, milestones, and budgets.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure all stakeholders understand project objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers to monitor project scope and implementation strategies.

Communication and Reporting

  • Serve as the main point of contact for team members, ensuring clear communication channels between departments.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate issues and roadblocks to senior management promptly for resolution.

Resource Management

  • Track resource allocation to ensure teams have the tools and personnel needed to complete tasks effectively.
  • Identify gaps in resources and propose solutions to address shortages or inefficiencies.
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation and resource commitments.

Quality Assurance

  • Support the implementation of quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliverables meet predefined standards and are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review project outcomes for continuous improvement.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•           Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.

•           Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.

•           A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Technical Knowledge:

•           Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

•           Comfortable with collaboration tools like Teams, Slack or Zoom.

•           Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) and/or cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, etc.) is considered an asset

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

8 years of progressive experience

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
