JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Revenue Management is responsible for defining annual revenue management strategy, supporting revenue analysis, and owning pricing policies and processes. Maximizes country and line of business performance through application of revenue management analytics and tools. Analyzes and approves pricing initiatives and programs as well as client level pricing comparable to market. Ensures compliance with corporate governance audit requirements.  Delegates, coaches and mentors direct reports.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, develop and recommend segment level pricing and revenue strategy for the market.
  • Review and recommend revenue opportunity arising from process/regulatory change or client profitability.
  • Guide the development and approval of strategic pricing programs.
  • Evaluate revenue and profit performance of pricing programs, client segments and service types. 
  • Provide revenue management forecasts to assist in business planning.
  • Develop appropriate Pricing Policies and Procedures and Pricing Training manuals. 
  • Delegate compliance and control functions and ensures fulfillment of corporate governance audit requirements. 
  • Ensure effective pricing administration guidelines to minimize revenue leakage and/or lost revenue opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and recommend tactics that effectively utilize system capability.
  • Plan and assign tasks to staff; lead, motivate and mentor team. 
  • Recruit, interview and hire team members. Consult with Human Resources on employee relations including disciplinary action.
  • Evaluate and complete individual performance evaluations. Recommend training where required. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of micro/macro economics and finance theory - (Preferred) 
  • Experience in computer database or information system development - (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

5 years of related experience

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business or Finance
