JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for building communications, campaigns and programs for the marketing department. This role will manage various project initiatives from inception to implementation. This role will be responsible for monitoring and measuring the success of all Marketing initiatives. Collaborates with the Marketing Programs Team, Communications, Branding, Sales and other Business Units is key to the success of this role.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Marketing Director with various program and communications initiatives to include supporting Marketing initiatives: Acquisition, cross-selling, retention, win-back and regulatory programs
- Working with the business and marketing to define deliverables, content and messaging and deploy accordingly
- Responsible for project management, brief writing, developing joint messaging with partners, creative asset management, tracking and measurement
- Manages the coordination of marketing projects working with various team members/content holders; assesses and implements projects from requirements gathering phase, to design, implementation and post-launch maintenance and measurement
- Designs campaigns and programs using Pardot
- Helps the Marketing team with design projects
- Educate sales team on lead/client routing, process, ensuring lead/contacts follow-up, tracking SLA’s and response times on leads and any other contact inquiries
- Continuously measuring program performance, lead quality, conversions, opportunities and revenue
- Build and manage the annual calendar for campaigns and marketing programs to provide transparency for and create alignment with key stakeholders
- Campaign measurement: managing analytics and KPI reporting to goals

- Project Management experience in a Marketing capacity
- Rigorous to be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to lead meeting agenda with internal business partners
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with executives.
- Industry experience a plus
- High energy; highly productive with strong self-starter initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Demonstrated experience implementing demand generation campaigns and processes to move leads through the pipeline.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated creative thinking, problem solving and ability in innovation
- Demonstrated ability to link strategies to the organization’s goals and objectives
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and Pardot a plus
- Understanding Marketing principles such as lead and demand generation, retention and acquisition
- Photopshop/In-Design a plus
- Track record of meeting targets and objectives
- Works well under pressure and short deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated initiative, motivation, and desire to learn and succeed
- Is self-directed and can work independently, as well as in a team structure
