JOB SUMMARY
As our Digital Marketing Manager, your core focus will be on building a predictable and scalable pipeline.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect & Execute Growth Strategies:
- You'll support the development and execution of our annual B2B digital marketing playbook, translating business objectives into powerful, multi-channel including organic and paid campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- You’ll support and customize account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation and SEO campaigns that speak directly to our target personas and industry segments, addressing their unique pain points.
Pioneer with AI-Driven Marketing:
- Be at the forefront of our marketing evolution by helping to plan and execute an AI-integrated marketing strategy.
- Leverage MarTech to personalize the customer journey, optimize campaign performance, and uncover new opportunities for engagement.
Fuel the Sales Pipeline:
- You will be obsessed with the funnel. You’ll design, measure, and relentlessly refine campaigns across organic, paid media, email, and social to consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to create a seamless lead handoff process, implementing strategies to accelerate deals through the pipeline and increase opportunity velocity.
Become a Data Storyteller:
- Go beyond simple reporting. You'll dive deep into Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Web Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms to translate raw data into actionable insights and compelling stories about our customers and campaign performance.
- Monitor ROI, customer journeys, segmentation and conversion rates to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Vendor and Budget Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and technology partners to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and addressing budget gaps.
Compliance and Data Governance:
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with data privacy and consent regulations.
- Collaborating with the automation lead best practices for data governance and consent management within CRM systems.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
The Skills & Experience You Bring
We're looking for a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit.
Your Experience:
- 8+ years in B2B integrated marketing, with a proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that directly contributed to sales pipeline and revenue.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing multi-channel campaigns, especially in a complex B2B environment.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Deep proficiency in Salesforce and a marketing automation platform like Pardot is essential. You know how to request workflows, segment audiences, and create powerful reports.
- Digital Advertising: Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Bing and Social Media Ads.
- Analytics & SEO/SEM: You're an expert with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console. You can turn data into a strategic advantage.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with AI content tools like Jasper.ai or other generative AI platforms.

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is 84,455-127,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
