JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to join our dynamic team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse by performing shipping, receiving, and coordination of freight. Must be able to work onsite Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 4:30pm. Saturday 5:30am to 1:30pm.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load/unload boxes on trailers and trucks daily
- Perform monthly inventory
- Light housekeeping of warehouse
- Coordinate UPS pick-ups
- Work with USDA inspector to review paperwork
- Check goods for damages, confirm piece count, review documentation, and sign for goods received
- Weigh and dimensionalize freight (UPS and airfreight)
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Ability to lift a maximum of 60 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Sit down forklift experience a plus, but not needed. We will pay for certification
- Ability to load/off-load trailers of freight
- Basic data entry
