This is a remote position and you may be located anywhere in the US.
JOB SUMMARY
The Global Account Director is responsible for the strategic development of prospecting, securing, and growing new national and/or multi-unit accounts on a global basis; achieves or exceeds sales target goals; and cultivates client relationships while expanding the strategic pipelines of opportunities with new and/or existing clients.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic account plans including (but not limited to) identifying strategic
- account prospects; creating and delivering presentations utilizing all sales and marketing tools.
- Identify and penetrate other business opportunities, etc. (cross-sell)
- Serve as the contact person for all new and/or existing national and/or multi-unit accounts.
- Assist VP of Strategic Accounts with the strategic development and planning for strategic accounts including (but not limited to) reviewing the accounts performance i.e. profitability and contract terms/pricing; etc.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing team to proactively identify high-level strategic prospects.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to explain and demonstrate value proposition of relevant solutions.
- Assume responsibility for proposal generation and work in conjunction with the Proposal Writer, Project Manager, Strategic Accounts Subject matter expects, operations teams, Client services, pricing team and others to craft and present Proposals for new or existing clients.
- Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders of prospect strategic accounts.
- Research and contact decision makers on the assigned companies to pursue potential business opportunities, ensures all sales leads, calls, follow-ups, and tasks are recorded in the client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with the VP of Strategic accounts and legal team to review clients’ contracts, NDA’s as needed.
- Liaise with all internal functional areas to ensure accounts are set up and client has contact information for further inquiries about services
- Adheres to Livingston Marketing Campaigns by adding contacts and following up, recording all activities in CRM.
- Meet or exceed sales target goals as per departmental standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Adhere to established policies and
- procedures.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Working knowledge and understanding of cross border supply chain and trade compliance is a requirement
- Proven record of increasing sales opportunities and successful account management skills including
- managing long term, 6 to 18 months, sales cycle process.
- Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholder’s at large multi-national companies or complex
- large organizations i.e. Fortune 100 and 500
- Ability to develop various markets, sales and management strategies for strategic account planning
- Strong project management and collaborative skills; must be able to work with all sales staff and other
- internal support teams across the company
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills with the ability to communicate effectively with
- all levels of management including C-level
- Strong ability to resolve issues or concerns or address challenges with tact and diplomacy
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Outstanding negotiation and analytical skills

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is $144,000 - $180,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
