Enterprise Account Executive
A Day in the Life
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans for assigned multinational named accounts.
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding revenue within existing client organizations.
• Cultivate and deepen relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and global stakeholders.
• Support Client Service teams to drive meaningful client business reviews.
• Lead contract negotiations and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and onboarding.
• Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including responding to RFPs and presenting customized solutions.
• Maintain a strong and active pipeline; track activity and progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
• Deliver ongoing business reviews and value updates to client stakeholders to reinforce and grow the partnership.
• Collaborate closely with internal operations, product, and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals as defined by the Director of Business Development.
What You Bring to the Table
• Proven success in both new business development and strategic account growth within enterprise and multinational environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong B2B sales experience with a consultative, solution-selling approach.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying processes and multiple stakeholders across global organizations.
• High energy, self-starter mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple large opportunities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
