JOB SUMMARY

We’re a leader in customs brokerage and global trade services, and our entry‑level roles give you hands‑on experience with real-world logistics, problem‑solving, and customer support. You’ll be part of a supportive team, gain valuable industry knowledge, and build a foundation for long-term career growth in a field that’s always in demand. Reporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring efficiency in the warehouse performing shipping, receiving and coordination of packages. Must be able to work in-person Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm MST.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate UPS pick-ups
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments which could include all modes of transportation.
- Repack damaged freight.
- Complete a monthly inventory log on storage accounts
- Build consolidations and create manifest for shipments
- Load/unload trailers and trucks daily
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proper loading and trailer weight distribution
- Proper lifting techniques
- Ability to stage freight, plan loads, and load/off-load trailers
- Knowledge of basic shipping requirements
- Ability to use a pallet jack and a hand cart a plus, but not needed.
- Certified forklift driver a plus. Livingston will provide certification

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is $14.48 - $22.36 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
