JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, eCommerce solutions, this position is responsible for the implementation of inbound and outbound eCommerce solutions for clients and carriers. Including, but not limited to, eLink, eManifest, eCargo, Global Data Management (GDM) and any other potential solutions.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaison between client service managers, brokerage operations and Livingston clients to identify requirements for successful implementation, including reviewing current clearance process, tariff base structure, comparison between hard copy documents and electronic files, etc
  • Drives implementation process including reviewing potential candidates, set-up of augmentation rules, assist with team training, review of production files to ensure implementation is working, obtaining team signoff.
  • Identify Lights Out and Hands-Free prospects
  • Identify and root cause issues with existing eLink/GDM implementations and work with IT and Operations partners to effect improvements with the goal of increasing overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the appropriate contacts within existing and prospective eLink/GDM clients.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to the client service teams and branches on Livingston systems and tools. 
  • Strong focus on Livingston’s Global Data Management (GDM) tool
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures

  • An understanding of the various Participating Government Agencies with focus on the following: U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), USDA APHIS Lacey Act, Vehicle and Engines (EPA VNE) and Toxic Substances Control Act (EPA TSCA).
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Excellent knowledge of LII systems and processes
  • Ability to comprehend technical details
  • Ability to learn new concepts and applications quickl
  • Aptitude for problem solving and detailed oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills. Must be comfortable speaking and leading meetings with internal and external customers.

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

5 years of related experience

EDUCATION

Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
